Loved having access to to valet a bar and walking distance to plenty of attractions

It really felt like living in my own apartment. We had a great time.

The room was clean, as were the hallways, elevator and lobby but the when asked about the parking garage the women at the front desk acted clueless and were unhelpful. I don’t have names but they were also unhelpful when experiencing TV issues and because of that when it seemed as though our AC was not working at all I didn’t feel comfortable bringing up yet another issue to them. Thermostat in the room and hallway said it was 68 degrees for both but our room felt about 10 degrees warmer at least. The location is close to places you may want to go but I would say don’t stay in the dead center of downtown.

The location is great if you're visiting campus. The staff was friendly and available for questions. The pool is not in working order and hasn't been for years. The rooms are very dated and have an older smell but again, they were clean.

I have stayed here numerous times & overall i do like this hotel for the great service from the courteous & attentive staff. This stay was my best experience. My room was clean & comfortable. In the past, I had a bad experience with something in my room triggering my dust allergy but not this time which made this stay very pleasant for me. The breakfast service offers a nice variety of food items to choose from. The bar area is a clean sophisticated vibe! Thanks Grand Hyatt Team!
